The Mayors’ Club and Epicentr Signed a Memorandum of Cooperation at the Mayors’ Club Site Event during the Ukrainian Investment Congress

📍 On July 31, during the workshop “Idea → Transparency → Support: How Blaho Works for Communities,” held as part of the Ukrainian Investment Congress, Iryna Shynkarenko, Deputy Head of Epicentr K LLC for Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, and Media, and Oleksandr Mazurchak, First Vice President of the Mayors’ Club, signed a Memorandum of cooperation that opens new opportunities for Mayors’ Club members. As a socially responsible business, Epicentr developed the Blaho platform for hosting community projects, enabling fast and transparent implementation primarily of reconstruction, social, and infrastructure projects with the support of donors and other funding entities.

Epicenter, with many years of experience in implementing large-scale social and infrastructure projects, actively supports ideas of sustainable development and regional recovery. The signing of the memorandum with the Mayors’ Club confirms their shared vision of the future — active, capable communities that become a true support for their residents and transparent partners.

🔴 A key tool of this cooperation will be the digital platform “Blaho,” which was presented during the event. It is designed not only to improve communication between donors and communities but also to foster a “new culture” of managing economic capital. The official launch of the platform is scheduled for October 2025.
