The Mayors’ Club and the Kyiv School of Public Administration named after Serhiy Nyznhny have signed a Memorandum of Partnership

📆 On August 13, 2025, Oleksandr Mazurchak, First Vice President of the Mayors’ Club of Ukraine, and Anna Mishchenko, Managing Partner of the Kyiv School of Public Administration named after Serhiy Nyznhny (KSPA), signed a Memorandum of Partnership aimed at supporting the recovery and development of Ukraine.


The Kyiv School of Public Administration is a hub of knowledge and coordination for proactive leaders who aspire to become a driving force in rebuilding our country and join a community of like-minded individuals capable of transforming the state system for the better. The mission of the institution is to create a favorable educational environment where every person with an unwavering passion for change can discover a wealth of new opportunities and sources of motivation.
🔴 The practical expertise of the members of the Mayors’ Club, combined with the experience and projects of the Kyiv School of Public Administration, will serve as a powerful resource for the implementation of large-scale initiatives. Planned activities include cooperation with domestic and international financial partners, engagement of strategic experts, and the implementation of projects in cities and communities. Priority areas include strategic community development, enhancing transparency, and preventing corruption risks.
