On June 16, 2023, the Mayors’ Club signed a Memorandum of Partnership with the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine.
✍️ The document was signed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, Alexander Rotov, and the First Vice President of the Mayors’ Club, Alexander Mazurchak.
The Memorandum was concluded to unite efforts in creating favorable conditions for the recovery of the economy in communities through the development of the construction industry in Ukraine.
🔷 The objective of the Memorandum is to establish equal competitive conditions for all participants in the construction market, create favorable conditions for attracting direct mutual investment resources into the development of the construction industry, and promote their effective utilization during the reconstruction of Ukraine.
As part of the future cooperation, the following is planned:
✔️ Maintain contacts and take all necessary measures to ensure the effectiveness of communication, actively promote the development of other forms of cooperation to achieve the goals stated in the Memorandum.
✔️ Exchange non-confidential information on annual activity plans, projects, and programs related to the partnership goals.
✔️ Provide opportunities for the other party to participate in public official events related to the goals of the Memorandum.
✔️ Adhere to the principles of legality, humanity, transparency, openness, and common interests during cooperation.
✔️ Coordinate actions in case there is a need to involve third parties in cooperation within the scope of this Memorandum.
