Presidium of the Mayors' Club is the governing body that defines the strategic directions of the Club's development, makes key decisions, and represents the interests of the organization's members at the national and international levels.
The Presidium includes experienced mayors, managers, and community leaders united by a common goal — to promote the sustainable development of territorial communities, attract investments, boost the economy, and strengthen international partnerships.
Main tasks of the Presidium:
- Formation and approval of the Club’s activity strategy.
- Representation of community interests in cooperation with government bodies, businesses, and international organizations.
- Initiation and support of projects aimed at the economic recovery of Ukraine.
- Ensuring effective communication between Club members and partners.
- Supporting best practices in governance and community development.
The Presidium operates based on openness, professionalism, and shared responsibility for the future of Ukraine’s territorial communities.
Vice President
Chortkiv City Mayor since 2015, deputy of the Chortkiv District Council of the 5th convocation (2006-2010), Bilivka Village Mayor (2010-2014), head of the “Economy and Investments” platform of the All-Ukrainian Association of United Territorial Communities; member of the Board of the Association “Energy-Efficient Cities of Ukraine”.
CEO
Lawyer with 13 years of legal experience and 18 years of overall legal experience. Practices in the field of economic activity of Ukrainian companies in various fields and areas. Has experience in cooperation with state and local government bodies, officials of various levels.
Vice President
Mayor of Zhytomyr (since November 2015), 1st Deputy Mayor of Zhytomyr for the activities of executive bodies of councils (2014-2015), deputy of the Zhytomyr City Council (2006-2010), deputy of the Zhytomyr Regional Council (2010-2014), commercial director of “Vizazh” LLC.
Vice President
Since 2015, the current mayor of Slavutych, Kyiv region. He was the general director of the Slavutych Construction Company and the secretary of the Slavutych City Council. He has also been a deputy of the city council since 2006 and has held various positions, including the chairman of the commission on municipal reform.
