Presidium

Presidium of the Mayors' Club is the governing body that defines the strategic directions of the Club's development, makes key decisions, and represents the interests of the organization's members at the national and international levels.

The Presidium includes experienced mayors, managers, and community leaders united by a common goal — to promote the sustainable development of territorial communities, attract investments, boost the economy, and strengthen international partnerships.

Main tasks of the Presidium:
- Formation and approval of the Club’s activity strategy.
- Representation of community interests in cooperation with government bodies, businesses, and international organizations.
- Initiation and support of projects aimed at the economic recovery of Ukraine.
- Ensuring effective communication between Club members and partners.
- Supporting best practices in governance and community development.

The Presidium operates based on openness, professionalism, and shared responsibility for the future of Ukraine’s territorial communities.

Trostyanets City Mayor (since 2005), since March 2000 – founder, chairman and honorary president (since 2005) of the public organization “Union of Entrepreneurs of Trostyanets Region”, founder of the Trostyanets District Charitable Foundation “Dobrota”, in February 2019 he was elected president of the “Association of Open Cities”.

Kamianets-Podilskyi City Mayor (1997-2007), Deputy, First Deputy Minister for Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine (2008-2010), First Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration (2010-2013), Head of the Pechersk RDA in the city of Kyiv (2013-2014), First Deputy Executive Director of the Association of Ukrainian Cities (2014-2015).
