Head of Pidkamin village since November 2015. From 2007 to 2008, he was a coach and teacher at Brody District Children and Youth Sports School “Urozhay”. In 2008-2010 he worked as a teacher of geography and biology at Oleksandrivka secondary school of I-III levels of Malovyskivskyi district, Kirovohrad region. In 2010-2012, he worked as a biology teacher at Nemyachiv Secondary School, and also as a geography teacher at Palykorivsky Educational Complex (2010-2011 academic year) and an economics teacher at Ivan Trush Gymnasium in Brody (2011-2014 academic year). From 2012 to 2015, he was the head of the Pidkamin Research and Nature Conservation Department of the Northern Podillia National Nature Park.

Hlyboka village head since 2015. He was re-elected in 2020. After graduating from the university in 1997, he worked for two years as a senior laboratory assistant at the interdepartmental laboratory and the Department of Pedagogy of the Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi State University. From 1999 to December 2000, he worked as a primary school teacher at Hlyboka Secondary School №1. In 2000-2002 he worked as the Head of the Internal Policy Department of the Hlyboka District State Administration. In March 2005, he was appointed Deputy Head of Hlyboka District State Administration, and in 2006 was elected to the post of Head of Hlyboka District Council. In February 2013, he was re-elected as the Chairman of the District Council.

Chopovytskyi village head since 2014. He was re-elected in 2015, 2016 and 2020. He began his career in 1997 as an electrician at the Chopovytsky Flax Mill. From 2002 to 2014, he worked as a security foreman at the Malynsk Paper Mill.

Sokilnytsia village head since November 2015, member of the European Solidarity party. From 1988 to 1989, he worked at the Radio Engineering Research Institute as a process engineer. In 1989-1994 he worked as a teacher at the secondary school № 26 in Lviv. From 1994 to 1998, he worked as a mechanic of the car fleet of Maxim LLC. In 1999-2005 he worked at the school of Pasiky-Zubrytski village. From 2002 to 2015 he was engaged in entrepreneurial activity.

Brusylivka village head of Zhytomyr district, Zhytomyr region, since 2015. He was re-elected in 2020. He is the head of the NGO “Ridnyi Dim – Brusylivshchyna”.

Novooleksandrivka village head (head of Novooleksandrivka military administration) since 2015. In 2020, he was re-elected as the head of the Novooleksandrivska community.

Keretskyi village head since 2020. He began his career in 2004 at the SES with the special rank of lieutenant. Until December 30, 2019, he worked in various positions in the SES, the last one being the Deputy Head of the Unit, Head of the Motor Transport and Equipment Repair Group of the ARZSP Unit of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region with the special rank of Major of Civil Protection Service.

Mayor of Dobropillia (Head of the Dobropillia City Military Administration) since September 2022. He began his career in 2006 when he got a job at the Avdiivka City Police Department. There he was a detective in the criminal investigation department until 2011. Then for three years he was the head of the Criminal Investigation Department. In 2020, he was appointed the head of Pokrovsk, and later the head of the Pokrovsk District State Administration.

Mayor of Mukachevo from the United Center party since 2015, former deputy of the Transcarpathian Regional Council of the VI convocation. He was re-elected in 2020 from the party “Team of Andriy Baloha”. Prior to his election, he was the beneficial owner of a number of companies: Market Retail LLC, Greenver LLC, Mukachevo Furniture Institute LLC, Ancient Castle LLC, and Balmart private enterprise.

Manevychi village head since 2015. He was re-elected in 2020. From 1984 to 1985, he worked as a primary school teacher at Gruzyatyn secondary school. From 1985 to 1986, he was an instructor at the Department of Komsomol Organizations of the Manevychi District Committee of the Komsomol. In 1986-1993, he worked as a teacher at Kostiukhni secondary school of I-III levels. In 1993-1996 he was the director of Kostiukhne secondary school of I-III levels. In 1996-2014, he held the position of director of the secondary school №1 in Manevychi village. From 2014 to 2015, he worked as the Head of the Education Department of the Manevychi District State Administration.

Kakhovka mayor from the Servant of the People party since 2020. From 1998 to 2000, he was the deputy head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Kakhovka District Police. In 2000-2001, he was the head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Kakhovka District Police. In 2001, he was the acting first deputy head of the department – the head of the criminal police of the Novotroitsk District Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In 2001-2008, he was the First Deputy Head of the Criminal Police Department of Kakhovka District Police. In 2008-2013 he held the position of the Head of Kakhovka District Police Department in Kherson region. In 2013, he was the Head of Tsyurupynsk District Police Department in Kherson region. From 2013 to 2014 he was the head of Chaplynsk District Police Department in Kherson region. In 2014-2015, he worked as the Head of Kakhovka District Police Department in Kherson region with the rank of police colonel. Since November 2015, Vitaliy Anatoliyovych has been the head of the Novokakhovka Police Department, from where he resigned in August 2016.

Mayor of Khrystynivka since November 2020. From 2006 to 2008, he worked as an occupational safety and health engineer at the Khrystynivka Housing and Communal Services Department. In 2009-2010, he was an inspector at Boryspil Customs. In 2010, he was an inspector of the customs clearance department of the Kyiv Regional Customs. From 2010 to 2014, he held the position of village head of Verkhnyachka village. In 2014-2020 – Mayor of Khrystynivka.

Olyshivka village head of Chernihiv district, Chernihiv region, since 2015. He was re-elected in 2020.

Mayor of Pidhorodne, Dnipropetrovs’k district, Dnipro region, since 2023. Prior to his election, he was the secretary of the Pidhorodne City Council.

Ponornytskyi village head of Novhorod-Siverskyi district of Chernihiv region since 2020.
