Citizen of Ukraine, higher education, non-partisan, Executive Committee of Bilozersk City Council, Bilozersk Mayor, resides in Bilozersk, Donetsk Oblast.

From 1972-1976 he studied at Beryslav Medical School. 1976-1978 – military service. After that, he began his career at the Beryslav District Hospital. In 1983, he graduated from the Crimean Medical Institute of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, qualified as a dentist. From 1983 to 1990 he worked as a dentist. From 1990 to 2000 he was a teacher at Beryslav Medical School. From 2000 to 2006 – Director of Beryslav Medical School. Since 2006 – Mayor of Beryslav.

Mayor of Uzyn since 2018. From 2000 to 2002, he worked at Ozerno-Agropromtekhservice OJSC as an economist in the repair shop. From 2002 to 2003, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Bila Tserkva District, and later became Head of the Revenue Department. In 2003-2005, he was the Head of the Economic Department of the Bila Tserkva District State Administration. In 2005-2010 he was the first deputy head of the Bila Tserkva District State Administration. From 2010 to 2011, he held the position of Vice-Rector for Foreign Economic and Investment Activities of Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University. In 2011-2015 he was the First Deputy Head of Bila Tserkva District State Administration. From 2015 to 2017 – Chairman of the Bila Tserkva District Council.

In 1983, he became a senior agronomist and seed grower at the Karl Marx collective farm in Rososha village. From 1985 to 1989, he was the chief agronomist of the collective farm “Peremozhets” in the village of Bohdanivka. From 1989 to 1990 – instructor of the organizational department of the Lipovets Communist Party of Ukraine. From 1990 to 1991 – Chairman of the Bogdanivka Village Council of People’s Deputies. From 1991 to 1994, Chairman of the Board of the collective agricultural enterprise “Urozhay” in the village of Skytka. Skytka. From 1994 to 1995 – Head of Lipovets District Agricultural Administration. From 1995 to 1998 – Head of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Lipovets District State Administration. Following the local elections on October 31, 2021, he was elected mayor of Lipovets.

From 1993 to 1997, he worked as a teacher of labor training and drawing at the Silets Secondary School, Kamianka-Bug district, Lviv region. From 1997 to 2000, he studied at the postgraduate course of the Rylsky Institute of Art and Ethnology. In 2000 he worked as a commercial director of “Aden” LLC. From 2000 to 2004 he was unemployed. From 2004 to 2006 he worked as a director of Ekovind LLC. From 2006 to 2010, he worked as a supply and sales manager at Mr. Omelyan. Omelyan I.M. From 2010 to 2010, Mr. Omelyan worked as a sales and supply manager. Krysyuk V.I. Deputy of the V convocation of the City Council. Since 2010 – Mayor of Kamianka-Buzka. Mayor of Apostolove. 2007 – 2018 – Director of the private enterprise OSSA. October 25, 2020 – Elected Mayor of Apostolove City Council. Higher education, in 1995 he graduated from the Kryvyi Rih Mining Institute with a degree in Mining Engineer of Open Mining.

Mayor of Bilopil community, Sumy region. Non-partisan. Graduated in 1993 from Sumy State Pedagogical Institute named after A.S. Makarenko, specialty: “History”, qualification – history teacher.

Prior to his election as the Mayor of Kodyma, he was engaged in entrepreneurial activity. Since 2020 – Mayor of Kodyma. 1992 – graduated from the Chisinau Agricultural Institute, specialty – fruit and vegetable growing and viticulture, qualification – agronomist.

In 2016, Rostyslav Bortnyk, together with the National Museum “Holodomor Victims Memorial,” presented the art project “163. Art for Memory”. In March 2017, the installation was exhibited by the Art Gallery of the Ternopil Union of Artists. The second part of the project “163” envisages the creation of a “Living Memorial” in every Ukrainian town in memory of every Ukrainian killed during the Holodomor-Genocide of 1932-1933. On April 19, 2018, one of the flowerbeds on Rynok Square in Berezhany was sown with wheat. The action is the implementation of the second part of the “163” project, which was created by Rostyslav. On July 17, 2019, he organized a #JusticeMH17 rally in Vienna, Austria, near the OSCE office. Since October 25, 2020, he has been the head of the Berezhany City Community. Member of the Ukrainian Youth Association of Austria (2015).

From 1985 to 2010, he worked as the head of the district plant protection station, the head of the Zolotyi Kolos collective farm, the director of vocational school No. 7, the head of the Zalishchyky District State Administration, the director of Kommunalnyk-Plus, the first deputy head of the DSA. From November 2010 to December 2020 – Chairman of the Zalishchyky District Council. Since December 1, 2020, he has been the Mayor of Zalishchyky.

Pantaievsky village head of Oleksandriya district, Kirovohrad region, from the Servant of the People party since 2015. He was re-elected in 2020.

Parafiyivka village head of Pryluky district, Chernihiv region, from the Nash Krai party since November 2020. She worked as a primary school teacher in Parafiyivka secondary school. Later, she held the position of deputy director for educational work, and in 2008 she became the director of this educational institution.

Skorokhodivskyi settlement head of Poltava district, Poltava region since November 2020 (self-nominated). Prior to his election, he headed the Petrivska amalgamated territorial community.

Novi Sanzhary village head from the Batkivshchyna party since November 2020, deputy of the Novi Sanzhary District Council of the III convocation. He worked as a teacher at Velykosolontsivska and Bohdanivska secondary schools. From 2004 to 2014 he worked as a coach and teacher at the Novi Sanzhary District Children and Youth Sports School. From February 2014 to November 2020 – Chairman of the Novosanzharsky District Council.
