Oleksandr Korinnyi

Ukrainian politician and sports figure. Chairman of the All-Ukrainian Association of Amalgamated Territorial Communities (since 2017), Mayor of Novoukrainsk (since 2010), captain of the National Team of Mayors of Ukraine, delegate from Ukraine to the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe (2021-2026), winner of the Person of the Year 2018 award in the nomination “Leader of the Amalgamated Territorial Community of the Year”.

Ivan Titarenko

Helmiazivka village head since November 2020. He began his career in 1997 at the Zolotonosha District Department of Education at Brovarkiv Secondary School as a teacher of physics, mathematics and computer science. From 2002 to 2004 he was engaged in entrepreneurial activity and worked at Altrade LLC in Kyiv. Kyiv. In 2004-2014 he worked at Azot PJSC in Cherkasy. Cherkasy in the supply management department. From 2014 to 2020, he was engaged in his own business and sales of its products.

Nadiya Babanska

Mostiv village head since 2016. From 1982 to 1988, she worked as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Mostiv Consumer Society. In 1988, she was appointed Chairman of the Board of the Mostiv Rural Consumer Society. In 1991-1994, she was the chairman of the Sukhobalkivske Rural Consumer Society. From 1994 to 1995, she worked as a lawyer at the Domanivka District Consumer Union. In 1995-1998, she was the commercial director of the Victoria Commercial and Industrial Company. Since 1998, she has been registered as an entrepreneur at Domanivska State Tax Inspectorate. In 2006-2016, she held the position of Sukhobalkivske village head.

Igor Chaika

In 1982, he graduated from Liuboml Secondary School No. 1 with a gold medal. In the same year, he entered the Faculty of Journalism at the Ivan Franko State University of Lviv. From 1983 to 1985, he served in the army. After demobilization, he continued his studies at the university and received a diploma with honors in journalism. He began his career in 1989 as a correspondent for the newspaper “Robichne Slovo” at the Kovelsilmash plant. Since 1991, he worked as an editor at the Kovel Television Center. Since 2006, he has been working at the branch of the National Public Television Company of Ukraine “Regional Directorate UA:Volyn”: as the head of the correspondent office in Kovel, and since April 2018 – as a correspondent. Since November 2020, he has been the Mayor of Kovel.

Oleksandr Mazurchak

Former mayor of Kamianets-Podilskyi. From November 20, 1994 – deputy, and from December 27, 1995 – deputy chairman of the Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council (on a voluntary basis). Since September 23, 1997 – Secretary of the City Council and Acting Mayor of Kamianets-Podilskyi. On March 29, 1998 he was first elected Mayor of Kamyanets-Podilskyi. On December 29, 2007, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine. On January 18, 2008, at an extraordinary session of the Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council, he resigned from his post as Mayor of Kamianets-Podilskyi.

Volodymyr Shelupets

Kyselivka village head since 2006. He was re-elected in 2010, 2015 and 2020. He started his career as a tractor driver at the Desna collective farm, worked as a combine harvester and labour process engineer. From 1998 to 2006, he held the position of Boromyky village head.

Volodymyr Kuchma

Kiptiv village head since October 2015. He was re-elected in 2020. In 1979-1984, he worked as a primary school teacher at Kiptiv Eight-Year School. From 1984 to 1989, he held the position of director of the Kiptiv Eight-Year School. From 1989 to 1991, he was an instructor at the ideological department of the Communist Party of Ukraine. In 1991-2000, he was the director of Kiptiv eighth-year school. In 2002-2006, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Kozelets District State Administration for Humanitarian Affairs.

Valentina Bugaiova

Oleksandr Zaborovets

Mayor of Vatutino since November 2020. From 1986 to 1991, he worked as a chief engineer at the collective farm in Chyzhivka village, Zvenyhorod district, Cherkasy region. In 1991-1993, he continued his career as a master of the main production at the Yurkivska briquette factory. From 1993 to 2007, he worked as the head of the Vatutino City Inspectorate of the State Technical Supervision. In 2007-2015, he was the first deputy mayor of the executive committee of the Vatutino City Council of Cherkasy region.

Roman Valuiko

He was engaged in entrepreneurial activity. Since 2004, he has been a member of the All-Ukrainian Union “Batkivshchyna” political party. Member of the City Council of the V and VI convocations. Mayor of Nemyriv since 2015. From 1987 to 1989, he worked as a foreman at the Nemyriv Gas Management Department. From 1989 to 1994, he worked as a foreman at the production and construction site of the RCC in Nemyriv. Nemirova.  In the period from 2000 to 2003, he was elected President of Nemyriv Construction and Repair Company. In 2004-2006, he worked as the Chairman of the Board of OJSC “Bus Park” in Vinnytsia. Vinnytsia. From April 2006 to 2010, he worked as the Mayor of Nemyriv. In 2010-2015, he was the President of Nemyriv Construction Company.

Oleksandr Kraplyna

Pishchanka village head since October 2020. From October 1987 to 1990, he worked at the trolleybus department as an electrician. In March 1990, he went to work at the collective farm “Mayak” in the construction team. In 1995-2002 he worked as the head of the farm “Mayak”. In March 2002, he was elected as the village head of Yalyntsia village council. He was re-elected to the same position in 2006, 2010 and 2015.
