Mayor of Ostroh since November 2020. In 1995-2005 he worked in commercial banks of Ukraine: Bank Ukraine, PrivatBank, Aval Bank in various positions. In 2005-2010, he was elected a deputy of the Ostroh District Council. From 2007 to 2010, he served as the Head of the Ostroh District State Administration. In 2010-2015 he was a member of the Ostroh City Council. From 2010 to 2012 he worked as an operating engineer at the Education Department of the Ostroh District State Administration. From 2013 to 2015 – Head of the Ostroh branch of Oranta. In 2015, he was elected as the village head of Rozvazh village council, and in July 2019 he resigned his position ahead of schedule. On July 26, 2019, he was appointed Deputy Mayor of Ostroh for the activities of executive bodies.

Head of the Savynska village military administration of Izyum district, Kharkiv region, since 2022. Prior to her appointment, she was the Head of the Department of Culture of the Balakliya District State Administration.

Mayor of Tatarbunary, Tatarbunary district, Odesa region, since 2015. He was re-elected in 2020. From 2000 to 2001, he was a teacher of economic disciplines at the Tatarbunary branch of the Izmail College of Economics and Law. From 2001 to 2002, he was a category I specialist in labor protection at the Labor and Social Protection Department of the Tatarbunary District State Administration. In 2002-2010, he worked as an insurance expert at the Tatarbunary District Branch of the Executive Directorate of the Social Insurance Fund for Occupational Accidents and Diseases of Ukraine in Odesa Region. In 2010-2015, he was the Secretary of the Tatarbunary City Council.

Rukshynske village head since 2015. He was re-elected in 2020. From 2000 to 2001 he worked as an artistic director of the House of Aesthetics and Leisure in Chernivtsi. From 2001 to 2002, he was the head of the department of the Center for Social Services for Youth at the Department of Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism in Chernivtsi.

Mayor of Snovsk since November 2015. From 1981 to 1982 he worked as an auxiliary worker at the station Shchors. In 1982-1984 he served in the army. In 1984 he was the assistant operator of the station Shchors 14. From 1989 to 1990 he worked as a teacher of geography Shchors secondary school №1. In 1990-1992 he was a teacher of geography, deputy director of educational work at secondary school №3 in Svitlovodsk. Svitlovodsk. From 1992 to 1993, he held the position of deputy director of the Kolos Sports Society in Shchors. In 1993-2008 he worked as an inspector, senior inspector, deputy head of the customs post “Shchors” of the Chernihiv Customs. In 2008-2015, he held the position of Head of the customs post “Shchors” of the Chernihiv Customs.

Former Natalyn village head, vice-president of the Association of Local Self-Government Bodies of Kharkiv region. In 2010, she was elected as a deputy to the Natalyn village council from the Party of Regions. In 2015, she was elected to the Natalyn village council (self-nomination). In 2017 and 2020, she was elected as a deputy to the Natalyn village council from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc “Solidarity”. In 2020, she was elected the head of the Natalynska ATC.

Former head of the village of Pulyn (2016-2024). In 1984-1987, he was a math teacher at Chervonoarmiysk Secondary School. From 1987 to 1988, he was an inspector of schools in the Chervonoarmiyskyi district. In 1988-1990 he was a teacher of mathematics at Chervonoarmiyske secondary school. In 1990-2002, he was the deputy director of the Chervonoarmiysk secondary school. From 2002 to 2016 – Chervonoarmiyske village head. From 2016 to 2025 – Pulyn village head.

Former head of the Seredyna-Buda community (2010-2022). In 2010, he was elected the head of Seredina-Buda community from the Party of Regions. In 2015, he was elected as the head of the Seredina-Buda community from the “Will of the People” party. In 2020, he was elected head of the Seredyna-Buda community from the Nash Krai party. On April 29, 2022, he was detained on suspicion of high treason.

Former mayor of Kreminna, Luhansk region (2020-2022). In 1998, he was elected a deputy of the Luhansk City Council of the III convocation. In 2002 he was elected a deputy of Luhansk City Council of the IV convocation. In the parliamentary elections of 2012, he was elected as a People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the single-member majoritarian constituency No. 104. In the local elections in October 2020, he was elected mayor of Kreminna.

Former mayor of Lebedyn, Sumy region (2015-2024). Since November 25, 2015, he has been the head of the Lebedyn city organization of the Civic Position party. At the time of the election, he was the director of Alfa. In 2019, he graduated from the Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration. In November 2020, Baklykov was re-elected as mayor.

Former mayor of Balakliya (2015-2022). From 1984 to 1992, he was an employee of the party organs. In 1992-1996, he headed the Committee of Physical Culture, Youth and Sports of the Balakliya District Executive Committee. From 1996 to 2000 he headed the Balakliya District Committee of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers. From 2006 to 2010 he headed the Balakliya District Council, in 2003-2005 and 2010-2014 he headed the Balakliya District State Administration.

Former mayor of Selidove (2020-2021). In 2002, he was the mayor of his hometown Ukrainka. In 2020, he won the election of the head of the Selydivske city united territorial community as a nominee of the Opposition Platform – For Life party.

Karolino-Buhazkyi village head of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district of Odesa region since 2015. He was re-elected in 2020.

Mayor of Zbarazh since 2014. In August 2007, he became a co-founder and head of the Ternopil Regional Charitable Organization “House of Mercy”. From 2008 to 2010 he was engaged in entrepreneurial activity. In 2010-2012 he worked as a car service manager. In October 2010, he was elected a deputy of the Zbarazh District Council from the Front of Changes political party. He was elected by the Zbarazh District Council as the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Spirituality, Culture, Art and National Revival.

Mayor of Bucha since 1998. He was re-elected in 2002, 2006, 2010, 2015 and 2020. In 1989, he was a sports instructor at the collective farm “Nadiya” in the village of Velyka Medvedivka, Krasyliv district, Khmelnytskyi region. From 1992 to 1993, he worked as a history teacher at Velyka Medvedivka Junior High School. In 1993-1997 he was elected chairman of Velyka Medvedivka village council. From 1997 to 1998, he was a teacher at the Bucha boarding school for orphans.

Head of the Balakliya City Military Administration of the Izyum District of Kharkiv Region since 2022. In 2000-2015, he served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kharkiv region. In 2015-2020 – service in the National Police, Main Directorate of the National Police in Kharkiv region. From 2020 to 2021, he held the position of Head of the Balakliya District State Administration. From 2021 to 2022, he was the First Deputy Head of the Izyum District State Administration.
