Andriy Hlushchenko

Mayor of Tatarbunary, Tatarbunary district, Odesa region, since 2015. He was re-elected in 2020. From 2000 to 2001, he was a teacher of economic disciplines at the Tatarbunary branch of the Izmail College of Economics and Law. From 2001 to 2002, he was a category I specialist in labor protection at the Labor and Social Protection Department of the Tatarbunary District State Administration. In 2002-2010, he worked as an insurance expert at the Tatarbunary District Branch of the Executive Directorate of the Social Insurance Fund for Occupational Accidents and Diseases of Ukraine in Odesa Region. In 2010-2015, he was the Secretary of the Tatarbunary City Council.

Oleh Horbatyuk

Rukshynske village head since 2015. He was re-elected in 2020. From 2000 to 2001 he worked as an artistic director of the House of Aesthetics and Leisure in Chernivtsi. From 2001 to 2002, he was the head of the department of the Center for Social Services for Youth at the Department of Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism in Chernivtsi.

Olena Tretyak

Former Natalyn village head, vice-president of the Association of Local Self-Government Bodies of Kharkiv region. In 2010, she was elected as a deputy to the Natalyn village council from the Party of Regions. In 2015, she was elected to the Natalyn village council (self-nomination). In 2017 and 2020, she was elected as a deputy to the Natalyn village council from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc “Solidarity”. In 2020, she was elected the head of the Natalynska ATC.

Oleksandr Hen

Former head of the Seredyna-Buda community (2010-2022). In 2010, he was elected the head of Seredina-Buda community from the Party of Regions. In 2015, he was elected as the head of the Seredina-Buda community from the “Will of the People” party. In 2020, he was elected head of the Seredyna-Buda community from the Nash Krai party. On April 29, 2022, he was detained on suspicion of high treason.

Former mayor of Kreminna, Luhansk region (2020-2022). In 1998, he was elected a deputy of the Luhansk City Council of the III convocation. In 2002 he was elected a deputy of Luhansk City Council of the IV convocation. In the parliamentary elections of 2012, he was elected as a People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the single-member majoritarian constituency No. 104. In the local elections in October 2020, he was elected mayor of Kreminna.

Oleksandr Baklykov

Former mayor of Lebedyn, Sumy region (2015-2024). Since November 25, 2015, he has been the head of the Lebedyn city organization of the Civic Position party. Mayor of Bucha since 1998. He was re-elected in 2002, 2006, 2010, 2015 and 2020. In 1989, he was a sports instructor at the collective farm “Nadiya” in the village of Velyka Medvedivka, Krasyliv district, Khmelnytskyi region. From 1992 to 1993, he worked as a history teacher at Velyka Medvedivka Junior High School. In 1993-1997 he was elected chairman of Velyka Medvedivka village council. From 1997 to 1998, he was a teacher at the Bucha boarding school for orphans.

Vitaliy Karabanov

Head of the Balakliya City Military Administration of the Izyum District of Kharkiv Region since 2022. In 2000-2015, he served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kharkiv region.
