Acting Mayor of Chernihiv since February 2023. From 2005 to 2008, he was the Chairman of the Board of the All-Ukrainian Civil Network “OPORA”, Head of Election Programs. In 2005-2015 he was engaged in entrepreneurial activity. From 2006 to 2008, he was the head of more than ten civic projects in the areas of monitoring local authorities, election observation, healthcare, youth and information policy, and anti-corruption in Chernihiv region. In 2008, he founded the NGO “Power of the Community”, publisher of the magazine “Chernihiv Public” and the newspaper “Slovo Hromady”. From 2009 to 2010, he was the editor-in-chief of the Dytynets TV and Radio Company. In 2010-2015, he held the position of Director of Liga TV and Radio Organization LLC (Dytinets TV channel and newspaper). In 2015-2020, he was Deputy Mayor of Chernihiv on the activities of the executive bodies of the council, acting First Deputy Mayor of Chernihiv, member of the Executive Committee of the Chernihiv City Council of the VII convocation. From November to December 2024, he was the Secretary of the Chernihiv City Council of the VIII convocation, a member of the Executive Committee of the Chernihiv City Council of the VIII convocation.

In 1992-1994, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a special forces reconnaissance company. After the army, he worked at the Lysiansk Construction and Trade Base “Building Materials” as a commodity expert (1994-1996), in the Lysiansk District House of Culture (1996-1998), and as deputy chairman of the All-Ukrainian public organization “League of Ukrainian Youth” (2001-2002). In 2002-2005 Bondarenko was the head of the Lysianske village council, in 2005-2006 – of the Lysianske district administration. In 2006-2010 he worked as a deputy director general of the organization “Nibulon”. In 2010-2013 he was engaged in entrepreneurial activity. In 2014 – November 2015 he worked as an assistant consultant to the People’s Deputy of Ukraine. Since November 2015, he has been the Mayor of Cherkasy. He was also elected three times to the Cherkasy Regional Council. Since March 2010, he has been the head of the Cherkasy regional organization of the All-Ukrainian Union “Batkivshchyna” party. In September 2020, he was registered as a candidate for the mayor of Cherkasy from the party “For the Future”. In November 2020, the current mayor of Cherkasy, Anatolii Bondarenko, won the second round of elections.

Mayor of Khmelnytskyi. In 2009 he joined the ranks of the All-Ukrainian Union “Svoboda”. On October 31, 2010, he was elected a deputy of the Khmelnytsky City Council (faction of Svoboda). From April 25, 2014 to July 2015 – Khmelnytskyi Regional State Administration – First Deputy Head. From September 25, 2014 to March 6, 2015 – Khmelnytskyi Regional State Administration – Acting Head. He was elected Mayor of Khmelnytskyi in November 2015 and re-elected for a second term in 2020.

Kherson mayor from the party “We live here” since November 2020. He is the head of Prodexim Trading House LLC. From 2013 to August 2019, he was the director of Ukrainian Food Corporation LLC. Since August 29, 2019, he has been a member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the IX convocation. In the parliament, he became a member of the For the Future party faction. He was the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations. He is the owner of the Igor Kolikhayev Party “We Live Here”, which he acquired in 2020. He owns the NGO “Prodexim (Kherson) Futsal Club”.

Mayor of Ternopil since November 2010. He was re-elected in 2015 and 2020. Member of the board of the political party Svoboda. Chairman of the Ternopil city organization of Svoboda. On March 15, 2009, he was elected a deputy of the Ternopil Regional Council (Svoboda faction). From 2011 to 2019, according to a study by the NGO “Educational and Analytical Center for Community Development” based on the data of the analytical portal “Slovo i Dilo”, he was recognized as the most responsible mayor of Ukraine.

Mayor of Sumy in 2014-2024, member of the Sumy City Council of the 6th convocation. In 2020, Lysenko was re-elected as mayor of Sumy from the Batkivshchyna party. In the second round, he defeated Vadym Akperov, a candidate from the European Solidarity party. In 2019, the NACP again accused and drew up 4 protocols against Lysenko for issuing bonuses to himself in the amount of 65% to 270% of his salary. Lysenko regularly gave bonuses to employees of the executive committee of the city council, including himself, and did not inform the NACP of a conflict of interest. In 2015, in the 2nd round of the regular elections, he was re-elected as mayor of Sumy from the Batkivshchyna party, defeating Anatoliy Yepifanov, who ran from the Will of the People party. In total, 49.75 thousand voters (69.93%) voted for Lysenko. In 2014, he was elected mayor of Sumy in an early election from the Batkivshchyna party. On the eve of the 2014 elections, he was elected Secretary of the Sumy City Council and Acting Mayor. In 2012-2020, he was the chairman of the Sumy regional party organization of the Batkivshchyna party. In 2012-2014, he was an assistant to Oleksandr Turchynov, a member of the Verkhovna Rada of the 7th convocation, who was elected from the Batkivshchyna party at that time. From 2010 to 2012, he was the chairman of the Sumy city party organization of Batkivshchyna.

Acting Mayor of Rivne since September 2023. In 2005-2016, he was engaged in entrepreneurial activity. In May 2020, he created the public organization “Rivne Together”, and in September of the same year he headed the political party of the same name. From 2021 to 2023, he was the Secretary of the Rivne City Council of the VIII convocation.

Mayor of Poltava since 2023. She has been registered as an entrepreneur since 2012. In 2013, she opened Lviv Coffee House in Poltava, which later changed its name to Local Coffee House. Since 2014, she has been the owner and project manager of the Coffee Defilade project in the field of professional coffee catering. In 2016, she founded a coffee roasting factory. Since October 2018, she has been the owner and director of Kvarta Barv LLC. From 2019 to 2020, she worked as a deputy director of the Peremoha Culture and Recreation Park, moderator and manager of reconstruction, investment and development programs. In 2020, during the local elections, she was elected as a deputy of the Poltava City Council of the VIII convocation from the Servant of the People party. In March 2021, she became the head of the Equal Opportunities inter-factional deputy association. In 2023, she was elected Secretary of the Poltava City Council.

Mayor of Odesa since 2014. He was re-elected in 2015 and 2020. In 1993, he became the director of the security company “Captain”. In 1995, he became President of the Ukrainian National Thai Boxing Federation. From 2004 to 2007, he worked in the staff of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. In April 2005, he was elected a deputy of the Odesa City Council. In 2006, he was re-elected as a deputy of the Odesa City Council. He headed the Standing Committee on Youth and Sports of the Odesa City Council. In August 2008, he was appointed Regional Representative of the State Committee of Ukraine for Veterans Affairs in Odesa region. In 2010, he was re-elected as a deputy of the Odesa City Council. He headed the Party of Regions faction of the Odesa City Council. In the parliamentary elections of 2012, he was elected as a Member of Parliament of Ukraine from the Party of Regions in the single-member majoritarian constituency № 136.

Mayor of Mykolaiv (since 2015). According to exit polls, Senkevych is the leader in the mayoral elections in Mykolaiv and receives 40.8% of the vote. He is joined in the second round by OPFL candidate Vladyslav Chaika (26.8%). On September 28, 2020, he was registered as a candidate for mayor of Mykolaiv from the Propozytsiya party. In July 2020, he became a member of the Main Council of the Propozytsiya party. Until October 9, 2018, he headed the Mykolaiv city organization of the Samopomich Union political party. On December 20, Senkevych announced his resignation from the party. In 2015, he was elected mayor of Mykolaiv from the Samopomich Union political party. He also ran for the Mykolaiv City Council from the Samopomich party. In 2005-2015, he worked as a software engineer, head of Quadrologic LLC, owner of Blink Research Ukraine LLC and Blink Research International LLC, whose main activity is computer programming. In 2002, he became a lecturer at the Mykolaiv branch of the private enterprise Computer Academy “SHAG”. In 2014, he was the head of the charitable organization “Save Ukraine”. On December 17, 2011, he caused an accident. The circumstances of the case were used by his opponents in the 2015 mayoral elections in Mykolaiv. He graduated from the Petro Mohyla Moscow State University, Faculty of Computer Science, specializing in intelligent decision-making systems.

Uzhhorod mayor from the party “Vidrodzhennya” since November 2015. In 2010, he was elected as a deputy of Uzhhorod City Council from the Party of Regions. In 2014-2015, he was the Secretary of the City Council and the Acting Mayor of Uzhhorod. In 2017, he was included in the Top 20 Innovative Mayors according to the Ukrainian Pravda and the International Mayors Summit. In 2020, he was re-elected as the mayor of Uzhhorod.

Mayor of Melitopol since December 2020. From 2010 to 2013, he held the position of Director of the Center for Computed Tomography. In 2014-2019, he was the Deputy Mayor of Melitopol on the activities of the executive bodies of the council. In 2019, he was Director of the Department of Transport Infrastructure of the Kyiv City State Administration. From 2019 to 2020, he was the First Deputy Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration. In 2024, he was appointed the Head of Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration.

Lutsk Mayor from the party “For the Future” since November 2020. In 2010-2012 he worked as an assistant lawyer. Since 2012 – Chief Legal Advisor of the Charitable Foundation “Igor Palytsia Foundation – New Lutsk” (now the “Only Together” Foundation), lawyer of the public reception of the People’s Deputy of Ukraine Igor Palytsia. Since August 2013, he has been a deputy of the Lutsk City Council from the electoral district No. 10, a member of the “New Lutsk” deputy group. In the local elections in 2015, he became a deputy of the Lutsk City Council for the second time, running on the list of the Ukrainian Union of Patriots – UKROP party. Head of the UKROP faction in the Lutsk City Council. In March 2017, he was elected Secretary of the Lutsk City Council and became the acting mayor of Lutsk. Since July 2017 – Advisor to the Mayor of Lutsk.

Former mayor of Kropyvnytskyi, CEO of the Rehabilitation Research and Production Center “Horn”. Mayor of Vyshhorod from the party “For the Future” since 2015, co-founder of the city public organization “Ridne Misto”. He was re-elected in 2020. In 2005, he became the head of the Vyshhorod Forum public organization. In November 2010, he became a deputy of the Vyshgorod City Council of the Kyiv region of the VI convocation from the People’s Party. In October 2015, he was elected as the head of the Vyshgorod City Council from the Volia party. In October 2020, he was elected chairman of the Vyshgorod party organization “For the Future”.

Ukrainian politician, mayor of Vinnitsa (since February 27, 2014). From 1998 to 2006 he worked in senior positions in commercial structures. In March 2002, he was elected to the Vinnitsa City Council of the 4th convocation. In the elections of March 26, 2006, he was elected to the 5th convocation in the Vinnitsa City Council, and at the 1st session of the City Council of the 5th convocation he was elected secretary of the Vinnitsa City Council. In the elections of October 31, 2010, he was elected to the 6th convocation in the Vinnitsa City Council. At the 1st session of the city council of the 6th convocation, he was re-elected secretary of the city council for a second term. Since February 2014 – Acting Vinnitsa Mayor. According to the results of the local elections of 2015, he received the support of Vinnitsa residents and was elected Vinnitsa mayor. Under the leadership of the Morgunov team, Vinnitsa since 2015 has been holding the lead for seven years in a row as the most comfortable city in Ukraine (according to the results of a study by the International Republican Institute (IRI) together with the sociological group “Rating”). He was awarded the Order “For Merit” III (December 5, 2008), II degrees (August 24, 2017) and is the Mayor-innovator of 2017 – within the framework of the special project “Ukrainian Truth” and the summit of mayors “Rating of Ukrainian mayors-innovators.”
