Oleh Kukh

Liubeshiv village head since 2017. He was re-elected in 2020. In 2008, he was a leading specialist in environmental education at the Department of Environmental Education, Recreation and Tourism at the Prypiat-Stokhid National Nature Park, Lyubeshiv. In 2008-2013, he was the deputy head of the Lyubeshiv Environmental Research Department, Prypiat-Stokhid National Nature Park. From 2013 to 2014, he was a leading engineer for the restoration of natural ecosystems of the Department of State Protection, Conservation and Restoration of Natural Ecosystems, Prypiat-Stokhid National Nature Park. In 2014-2017, he held the position of Head of the Lyubeshiv District State Administration.

Oleksandr Ilchenko

Acting head of Baryshivka village. After his service in the Armed Forces, he held key positions in agriculture and in the authorities of Baryshiv district. He worked his way up from agronomist to head of the department, deputy head and head of the Department of Agricultural Development of the Baryshiv District State Administration. In 2014-2015, he was appointed Chairman of the Baryshiv District Council. For ten years – from 2010 to 2020 – he was twice elected as a deputy of the Baryshiv District Council. In 2020, Ilchenko was elected to the position of Secretary of the Baryshivka Village Council.

In 2002, he held the position of Chief Engineer at Shabo PTC LLC. In 2005, he was appointed Acting Deputy Director for Production of Shabo LLC. In 2006-2019, he held the position of Director and concurrently Chief Engineer of Shabo PTC LLC.

Anatoliy Kulyk

Baikovets village head since 2006. He was re-elected in 2010, 2015 and 2020. From 1982 to 1993, he worked as the chairman of the board of the collective farm “Shevchenko’s Testament” in the village of Baikivtsi. During this period, he acted as the chairman of the Baikovets village council on a voluntary basis and was repeatedly elected as a deputy.
