From 2004 to 2015, she worked as the chief agronomist at the Herasymenka farm in the village of Sobolivka, Teplyk district. In 2015, she was elected as the head of Sobolivka village council.

Maria Lyakh

Studenykivka village head since December 2017. She was re-elected in 2020. Since 1977, she has been teaching at schools in Somkova Dolyna, Divychky, Zhovtneve. Since 1991, for 26 years, she has worked as the director of Studenykivka Secondary School. In 2009, she became a laureate of the Kyiv Regional Award for Merit in Education, and in 2017 she received a Certificate of Honor from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Artem Efimenko

In 2009, he entered the Berdiansk Institute of State and Municipal Administration, where he received his basic higher education in the field of Jurisprudence and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law. In 2014, he received a master’s degree in law and a lawyer’s qualification. From 2015 to 2020, he did military service under contract at the Volnovakha District Military Commissariat of Donetsk Oblast. Since 2021, he has worked as the head of the department for civil protection, mobilisation and defence work of the Olhynia village military administration. From August 2022 to 17 April 2025, he acted as the head of the Olhynia settlement military-civilian administration. From 18 April 2025 – Head of the Olha settlement military administration.

In 2007, he graduated from Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University with a degree in Pedagogy and Methods of Secondary Education. In 2006-2015, he worked as a worker and foreman at a private enterprise in Kalynivka, Vinnytsia region; 2015-2020 – Chairman of the Lisovolysiivka Village Council, Kalynivka District, Vinnytsia Region. In the elections on 25 October 2020, he was elected as the head of Turbivska settlement community of Vinnytsia district, Vinnytsia region.

Anatoliy Bychok

He started his career as a welder at the Suvorov collective farm in Drabiv district. 1986-1988 – active service in the Soviet Army. In 1988, he entered the Poltava Cooperative Institute. From 1993 to 1995 – Head of the Concern Shop of VAMiKs filling station. Since 1995 – Chief Specialist of the District Executive Committee of the Litynsky Settlement Council on Labor Protection, Chief Specialist of the Secretariat of the Litynsky District State Administration, Head of the Labor Protection Service of the District State Administration, Head of the Labor Department of the Labor and Social Protection of the District State Administration. In May 2002, he was appointed Head of the Economics Department of the District State Administration. From 2006 to the present: Litinsky village head. In 2009, he graduated from Vinnytsia Economic Institute of Ternopil National Economic University.

Vasyl Mytskaniyk

A citizen of Ukraine, he graduated from the Lviv Agricultural Institute in 1984 with a degree in agronomy. He began his career in 1977 as a driver at a utility company. From 1980 to 1983, he worked at the Verkhovyna District Consumer Goods Plant. In 1983 he was called up for active military service in the armed forces. From 1985 to 1996 he worked in various positions at the collective farm named after Kotsyubynsky. From 1996 to 2005 he worked in the Verkhovyna Department of Land Resources. From April 2005 to July 2010 he was the Deputy Head of the District State Administration for Economic Affairs. From July to November 2010 he was an assistant consultant to the People’s Deputy of Ukraine. Member of the All-Ukrainian Union “Batkivshchyna” party. 3 2000 – Head of the district organization of the party.

Oleksandr Sukharuk

From 1992 to 1997, he studied at the Kyiv State Technical University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, where he received a degree in “Lifting and transport, construction, road machinery and equipment” at the Faculty of Construction Production Automation. He began his career in 1997 at Borodyanskaya SPMK-15, where he worked as a technician, leading engineer of the production and technical department, and later as the head of the labor protection service. In 2001-2003, he worked as a driver for a private entrepreneur. In 2008-2009, he held the position of Head of Land Management Department at Megapolis Company LLC, after which from 2009 to 2010 he headed the municipal enterprise Buchanske BTI. In 2010-2011, he worked as a land surveyor at Mykulytska village council. From 2010 to 2014, he was a member of Borodyansky village council From August 2014 to October 2015, he held the position of Deputy Mayor of Borodyansky village council.

Ivan Kuesse

In 1980, he graduated from the Faculty of Biology of Odesa State University, and in 2009 from the Odesa Regional Institute for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. He began his career as a laboratory assistant and teacher at Bogdanovskaya School (1979-1983), after which he served in the military. From 1985 to 1994 he worked as a teacher-organizer at the same school. From 1994 to 2005 he headed the Yurievo village council. In 2005, he held the positions of Deputy and First Deputy Head of Tarutino District State Administration, and later – Head of Administration (2005-2009). In 2009-2016, he headed the Department of Agricultural Development of the DSA. In 2017, he was reappointed as the Head of Tarutino District State Administration.
