Stepan Kovach

He was drafted into the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 1998-1999. In 2003, he graduated from Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian University, received a complete higher education and qualified as a physical education teacher. He started his career in 2001 at Vylotsk school №2. Since 2015, he has been elected Chairman of the Vyloka Village Council. Since 2020, he has been elected as the head of the Vyloky village territorial community.

Vitaliy Kolisnichenko

Higher education. In 2008, he graduated from the Kyiv Institute of Business and Technology with a degree in Organization Management. He began his career in 1987 as a driver at the G. Kahamlyk collective farm. He served in the Armed Forces from May 1987 to May 1989 in Armenia, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan. During his service he was awarded medals: “For Distinction in Military Service of the Second Degree”, “For Courage”. After serving in the army, he worked at the collective farm named after G. Kagamlyk, then at the Hrebinkivsky distance of the track. From December 1993 to March 1997, he was the head of the Slobodo-Petrovsky secondary school. From April 1997 to July 1998 – the head of the KVIN farm. From July 1998 to November 2015, he worked as Slobodo-Petrivske village head of Hrebinkivskyi district, Poltava region. Since 2013, he has been the head of the Hrebinkiv District Organization of Ukrainian Veterans of Afghanistan (Internationalist Soldiers). On October 25, 2015, he was elected to the post of mayor of Hrebinkiv.

Olha Popenko

She is a primary school teacher. From 1980 to 1986 she worked in schools of Bobrovytsia, Nizhyn and Pryluky districts. Since November 1986, she has been the chairman of the student trade union committee of the Pryluky Ivan Franko Pedagogical College. She received her higher education at the Nizhyn Gogol State Pedagogical Institute, specializing in Ukrainian language and literature. She completed her postgraduate studies at the Mykola Gogol Nizhyn State Pedagogical University, specializing in Ukrainian language. In 2005 she defended her dissertation and received the degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences. In 2012, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy. In 2005, at the general meeting of the staff, she was elected director of the Pryluky Ivan Franko Humanitarian and Pedagogical College. In 2015 she was elected to the position of Pryluky Mayor.

Volodymyr Borysenko

In 2008, he graduated from the National University of Physical Education and Sports, Faculty of Olympic and Professional Sports. In 2010, he graduated from the National University of Internal Affairs, Faculty of Law. From 2010 to 2015, he was elected as a deputy of Boryspil City Council. He worked as a commercial director of BF Group LLC. In September 2023, Volodymyr Borysenko joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He is currently serving with the 10th separate mountain assault brigade “Edelweiss”. He performs combat missions in the east of the country.

Oleksandr Honcharenko

In 1991, he graduated from the secondary school № 22. From 1995 to 2000 he studied at Donetsk National University, specialty: finance and credit, qualification: economist. From 2000 to 2002 – Head of the Commercial Department of the Open Joint Stock Company “Energomashspetsstal”; From 2002 to 2006 – Deputy Director for Commercial Affairs of the Open Joint Stock Company “Energomashspetsstal”; From 2006 to 2007 – Deputy Director for Marketing and Sales of the Open Joint Stock Company ‘Energomashspetsstal’; From 2007 to 2020 – Director for Marketing and Sales of the Public Joint Stock Company “Energomashspetsstal”. In the local elections of 2015, he was elected as a deputy of the VII convocation of the Kramatorsk City Council from the Nash Krai party. He was the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Social and Economic Development, Planning, Budget, Finance, and Foreign Economic Activity. On November 18, 2020, according to the decision of 18.11.2020 No. 1/VIII-01 “On the results of the election of the mayor, deputies of the city council and recognition of their powers”, he was elected mayor.

Mykola Perch

He began his career in 1983 at the Vashkivtsi Rural Consumer Society as a salesperson and later as a store manager, where he worked until 1994. From 1994 to 2010, he worked as the director of the Vashkivtsi City Market. He was elected as a deputy of Vashkivtsi City Council of III, IV and V convocations. Since 2010, he has been elected and has been working as the Mayor of Vashkivtsi City Council.

Leonid Myslyvets

In 2000, he graduated from the A. Makarenko Kyiv Vocational and Pedagogical College with a degree in Accounting and Auditing. Subsequently, he received a basic (2003) and complete (2004) higher education in Economics and Business and Finance at the Chernihiv State Institute of Economics and Management. In 2015, he graduated from the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine with a master’s degree in social development management.
