In 2012, he was promoted to the rank of Major General by order of the then President Viktor Yanukovych. In 2016-2017, he worked as Chief of Staff at the state-owned company Ukrspetsexport. In 2018-2019, he worked as the Head of the Secretariat at the State Concern “Ukroboronprom”. For some time, he was the Director of the Personnel Policy Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. In 2022, he was appointed Chief of the Gostomel Village Military.

In 2000-2003, he was a teacher of labor training at Novokazankuvata Secondary School. In 2003-2006 – Director of the Chernihiv District Center for Social Services for Family, Children and Youth. From 2006 to 2008 – a student of the Dnipropetrovs’k Regional Institute of Public Administration. In 2008-2010 – Director of the Chernihiv District Center for Social Services for Family, Children and Youth. In 2010-2015 – Deputy Head of Chernihiv District State Administration. From 2015 to 2017 – Chairman of the Chernihiv Village Council. In 2017-2020 – Chairman of the Chernihiv Village Council of Chernihiv District, Zaporizhzhia Region (united territorial community) of the VII convocation. In 2016, he was awarded a medal of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration “For the Development of Zaporizhzhia Region”. On April 17, 2023, he was appointed to the position of the Head of the Chernihiv Settlement Military Administration.

Mayor of Przemyślany from the Samopomich party since 2010. He was re-elected in 2015 and 2020. He worked as the head of the department, deputy head of the Przemysl District State Administration. Chairman of the Przemysl City Council.

Mayor of Polonsk since November 2014. In 1980, he worked as a driver at Khmelnytskshlyakhbudmaterialy production enterprise. From 1988 to 1990 he worked as a driver at the Polonsky plant of reinforced concrete products, and in 1990-1992 – as a driver of the Polonsky district executive committee. In 1992-2014 he worked as the head of the farm “Kolos”. He was elected as a deputy of the Polonsky District Council of IV, V, VI convocations.

Mayor of Yuzhnoukrainsk from the Servant of the People party. Member of the Yuzhnoukrainsk City Council of the VIII convocation. Director of the municipal enterprise “Covered Market” in Yuzhnoukrainsk. Yuzhnoukrainsk.

He has been the mayor of Yavoriv from the Samopomich party since 2020. From 2015 to 2019, he was the chairman of the NGO “Youth of Yavoriv District”. In 2015, Ihor Hrabovskyi began his political career as a member of the Yavoriv City Council. During 2017-2019, he worked as the Head of the City Promotion and Public Relations Department of the Yavoriv City Council. In 2019, he was appointed Deputy Mayor for the activities of the council’s executive bodies, and early terminated his powers as a deputy.

Former mayor of Khust (2010-2024). He began his career immediately after graduation. He was an inspector of pensions and benefits at the Khust District Social Security Department. From 1980 to 1984, he held the position of legal adviser to the Khust District Executive Committee. After that, he worked for a long time in the Khust City Council of People’s Deputies, first as the secretary of the executive committee for six years, and then as its chairman for four more. In 1994-1995, Volodymyr Pavlovych held the position of a specialist in the Economics Department of the Khust District Council of People’s Deputies. The following year he was appointed the head of the secretariat, and a few months later – the deputy head of the Khust District State Administration. In the period from 1999 to 2005, V. Kashchuk was the first deputy head of the Khust District State Administration. In 2006-2007, Volodymyr Kashchuk headed the Khust United State Tax Inspectorate. Then he became the head of Khust District State Administration. In 2010, he was elected to the post of Khust Mayor.

Mayor of Pokrovsk from the Party of Regions since 2020, head of the Pokrovsk City Military Administration of the Pokrovsk District, Donetsk Region. In 2009-2010, he was the head of Spartakivka village council.  From 2015 to 2016, he was the head of the Yasynuvata District State Administration. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Pokrovsk District Council.

He began his career as a traffic safety engineer at the Ivanovo-Pustenskoye RTP, where he worked from 1983 to 1987. From 1987 to 1997, he was the head of the vehicle fleet at the Nove Zhyttia collective farm and the chief engineer at the Podillya collective farm. In 1997, he was hired by JV “Tyutyun Impex”, where he worked as the head of the raw materials department until 2002. From 2002 to 2020 he was engaged in entrepreneurial activity. Member of the All-Ukrainian Union “Batkivshchyna”, deputy of the Borshchiv District Council of the 6th and 7th convocations.

1988-1989 – student of Khmelnytsky Vocational School No. 16. 1989-94 – student of the Khmelnytsky Institute of Technology. 1995-96 – commercial director of Oksamyt, SE. 1997-98 – process engineer at the Volcano Company. 1999-2000 – private entrepreneur. 2000-05 – Chief Specialist on Working Conditions of the Labor and Social Protection Department, 2005-10 – Deputy Head of the Terebovlya District State Administration.
