He started his career at Ilnytsia boarding school as a labor training teacher. During his work at this institution, he held the following positions: Deputy Director for Educational Work, Deputy Director for Educational Work, and since 2020 – Chairman of the Trade Union of the institution. In 2004, he was appointed director of Ilnytsia secondary school. In 2006, he served as the Deputy Head of Irshava District State Administration. Since 2007 – the head of the education department of Irshava District State Administration. In 2009, he was appointed the head of the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Irshava District State Administration, in 2010 he was transferred to the position of the Deputy Head of the Service for Children of Irshava District State Administration. In November 2010 he was elected Ilnytsia village head. From 2014 to 2015, he served as the acting head of Irshava District State Administration. From 2015 to 2020 – the Chairman of Irshava District Council. At the first elections of deputies of village, town and city councils of territorial communities and the respective village, town and city mayors on October 25, 2020, he was elected as the Mayor of Irshava.

Since 2003, he has been the head of the representative and executive branches of power in Sokyryansky district. In 2003-2005 and 2010-2014, he held the position of the Head of the Sokyryansky District State Administration. In 2006-2010 and 2014-2020 – Chairman of the Sokyryansky District Council. He was elected a deputy of the Sokyryansky District Council of V, VI, VII convocations. In 2002-2006, he was a member of the Chernivtsi Regional Council.

In 1982, V. From July 1995 to November 1995, he worked as a chief specialist of the commercial department of the JSCB “Ukraine-Economy” in Buchach. He resigned at his own request and since November 1995 he has been working as an economist in the credit department of the Buchach branch of Prominvestbank. On November 1, 1999, he was appointed acting manager of the branch of the State Savings Bank of Ukraine in Buchach. On December 14, 1999, he was appointed manager of Buchach branch No. 6354 of the State Savings Bank of Ukraine. From 11.02.2011 to May 2015, he worked as the manager of a territorially separate branch without a balance sheet of PJSC “State Savings Bank of Ukraine”. During his work, he was awarded with the gratitude of the bank’s board, diplomas and a silver medal as the best branch manager. While working in the Buchach branch, he was enrolled in the reserve for the position of the Head of the Ternopil Regional Department of PJSC “State Savings Bank”. From May 26, 2015 to December 24, 2015, he was appointed to the position of the Head of Buchach District State Administration, took the oath of a civil servant and was assigned the seventh rank of the third category of civil servant. He was dismissed from the position due to his transfer to an elected position. Member of the Buchach District Council of three convocations (IV, V, VI), member of the Budget Commission. From December 2015 to October 2020, he served as the Chairman of the Buchach District Council of the 7th convocation. On October 25, 2020, he was elected mayor of the Buchach city territorial community.

Mayor of Truskavets since October 2015. In 1991-1997, he worked as a paramedic at the Drohobych City Clinic. In 1998-2004, he worked as a neurologist at Truskavets City Hospital. In 2004, he headed the neurology department of Truskavets City Hospital. In January 2012, he was appointed Chief Medical Officer of Truskavets City Hospital. He was a member of the Truskavets City Council of three convocations (2002, 2006, 2010). In 2005-2008, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on Health and Social Protection.

Higher education. From 1993 to 1998 he studied at the Vinnitsa State Agricultural Institute. In 2018, he graduated from the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine and received a master’s degree in public administration. From 2006 to 2014, he held the post of village chairman of the Ivanovets village council of the Barsky raoin of the Vinnitsa region; From 2014 to January 2020, he served as chairman of the Bar District Administration of the Vinnitsa Region; Since November 25, 2020 – still holds the post of chairman of the Bar City Council. In September 2004, he was hired by the Kremenets vocational school as a “physics teacher.” In 2010, he was elected to the Kremenets district council from VO Svoboda and was elected chairman of the faction, in February 2014 he was elected chairman of the Kremenets district council. 3 November 2015 to February 2020, he held the post of director of the NPC “Kremenetskaya secondary school of I-III art. No. 5 – DOE.” Since November 26, 2020, he has been the chairman of the Kremenets City Council. Member of the party VO “Svoboda”.

After university, he was sent to work as a teacher of labor training at the Pasichnyanskaya secondary school of I-III degrees, where he worked from 1994 to 1999. Since 2000, he began his entrepreneurial activity in the private firm Import-Export-Lux. March 27, 2006 was first elected mayor of the Nadvirnyansky city council. On July 21, 2019, he was elected People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the IX convocation from the Servant of the People party in the single-mandate constituency No. 87 (Yaremche with settlements of the Yaremche City Council, Nadvirnyansky District, part of Bogorodchansky, part of Kolomyia districts). At the time of the election: Nadvirnyansky mayor, lived in Nadvirnaya, non-partisan. Member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Environmental Policy and Environmental Management, chairman of the subcommittee on the protection and rational use of subsoil and water resources. On October 25, 2020, he was elected mayor of Nadvirna, after which he resigned on November 7.

From 1999 to 2009 he served in the post. From 1999 to 2009 he served in the post of deputy company commander for educational work, head of the club of the unit in the military unit of the A0664 in the city of Belgorod-Dniester, Odessa region. Since 2001, he worked as an electrician in the Dolinsky linear production department of main gas pipelines. From 2002 to 2014, he worked as an engineer-power engineer at the Dolinsky Linear Production Administration of Main Gas Pipelines. From 2006 to 2010 he was a deputy of the Dolinsky city council of the fifth democratic convocation. Since 2010, he was a deputy of the Dolinsky district council of the Ivan-Frankovsk region of the sixth and seventh democratic convocations. From 2014 to 2015, he worked as deputy chairman of the Dolinsky district council of the Ivan-Frankovsk region. In 2015, he directly participated in the ATO in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. From 2016 to 2020, he worked as an engineer-power engineer in the Dolyna Linear Production Management of Main Gas Pipelines of LLC Operator of the Gas Transmission System of Ukraine. In 2020, he was elected to the post of Dolinsky mayor.
