Since 2001, he worked as an electrician in the Dolinsky linear production department of main gas pipelines. From 2002 to 2014, he worked as an engineer-power engineer at the Dolinsky Linear Production Administration of Main Gas Pipelines. From 2006 to 2010 he was a deputy of the Dolinsky city council of the fifth democratic convocation. Since 2010, he was a deputy of the Dolinsky district council of the Ivan-Frankovsk region of the sixth and seventh democratic convocations. From 2014 to 2015, he worked as deputy chairman of the Dolinsky district council of the Ivan-Frankovsk region. In 2015, he directly participated in the ATO in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. From 2016 to 2020, he worked as an engineer-power engineer in the Dolyna Linear Production Management of Main Gas Pipelines of LLC Operator of the Gas Transmission System of Ukraine. In 2020, he was elected to the post of Dolinsky mayor.

He has been the mayor of Zboriv from the European Solidarity party since 2017. Until 2015, he held the position of Secretary of Zboriv City Council. In 2015, he became the mayor of Zboriv.

The main result of Oleksandr Zhuravlev’s activity is the creation of the largest ATC in Ukraine, which unites 40 settlements, and he managed to unite the residents of the city, village and settlement councils into one. Today, as a city mayor, he cares about qualitative changes in all spheres of life in the Lyman ATC, is demanding of himself and others, does not build air castles, and consistently implements real projects for the development of the Lyman region. In 2004, he founded the Prestige Farm (now managed by Zhuravlev’s wife, Viktoriia). In 2012-2015, Zhuravlev headed the district association of farmers and private land users. In 2015, Zhuravlev was elected secretary of the Lyman City Council. Also in 2015, he ran as a self-nominated candidate for the head of the Lyman UTC, but lost to Petro Tsymidan. In 2019, he was an authorized representative of Dmytro Reva, a candidate for the People’s Deputy of Ukraine in the single-mandate constituency (son of Oleksiy Reva, the head of the Bakhmut Military Administration). In 2020, Zhuravlev was elected mayor of Lyman (he ran as a candidate of the Poryadok party). In 2022, he was appointed the head of the Liman Military District. In 2021, Oleksandr Zhuravlev was a member of the board of the Liman organization of the Red Cross of Ukraine. Oleksandr Zhuravlev has been awarded valuable gifts from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, diplomas of the Verkhovna Rada, badges of honor of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and the Order of Merit III degree.

Pereshchepynskyi has been the mayor of Pereshchepynsk from the Servant of the People party since 2020. In 2015, he graduated from the Department of Military Training at the National University of the National Police and received the rank of junior lieutenant in the reserve. He worked as a risk manager (analyst) at the financial company K2000 LLC (FinStream).

Acting Mayor of Korsun-Shevchenkivske, Cherkasy district, Cherkasy region, since 2021.

Serhii Boevskyi is a civil servant from Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast. He started his career in the pharmaceutical industry. Later, he went to work in the government – for about five years he was the deputy mayor of Kramatorsk. Then he held the position of First Deputy Head of the Kramatorsk District State Administration. After the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he was appointed head of the Druzhkivka City Military Administration.

Vasylivka mayor from the Servant of the People party since 2020, head of the Vasylivka city military administration of Vasylivka district, Zaporizhzhia region.

Ukrainian public and political figure, PhD in Engineering (2017). Head of the Kalush City Community (since November 24, 2020). Member of the Kalush City Council (2015-2020). Member of the Svoboda political party. In 2017, he defended his dissertation in the specialty “Technology of polymeric and composite materials” at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”. Author of 6 scientific articles, 1 monograph, 4 utility model patents.

Acting Mayor of Bobrovytsia. In 1993-1995, he worked as an engineer at the Tychyna Collective Farm. From 1995 to 1996 – an engineer at Markovetske Collective Farm. In 1997-2007 – tax police of the State Tax Administration in Chernihiv region. From 2007 to 2021, he was engaged in advocacy.

Rudkiv Mayor of the Rudkiv City Council of the VII convocation since 2015 (self-nominated). He was re-elected in 2017 and 2020. From April 2011 to July 2011, he worked as a specialist at the Rudkiv City Center for Social Services for Family, Children and Youth. In 2011-2015, he held the position of Director of the Rudkiv City Center for Social Services for Family, Children and Youth.

Oleksandr Stryuk is a colonel of the Security Service of Ukraine, originally from Kherson region. He served in the Security Service of Ukraine until 2020. He was later appointed head of the civil-military administration of Sievierodonetsk. In 2021, he became the head of the Sievierodonetsk City Military-Civilian Administration of the Sievierodonetsk District, Luhansk Region. Since 2023, he has been the Head of the Sievierodonetsk City Military Administration of the Sievierodonetsk District, Luhansk Region.

Mayor of Bolhrad from the Opposition Platform – For Life party since 2015. He was re-elected in 2020. From 2000 to 2015, he was an individual entrepreneur (main activity – retail trade in non-specialized stores).

Taraschanskyi mayor from the Nash Krai party since October 2020. He has been practicing law since 2018 (he was the managing attorney of Petrivske Law Firm).

Mayor of Rivne in 2020-2023, rector of the Rivne Theological Seminary and the Academy of Evangelical Christianity. From 2008 to 2016, he participated in volunteer trips to African countries. There he worked in orphanages. Since 2014, as a volunteer, he has been delivering humanitarian aid to the ATO zone. In 2019, he became the coordinator of the All-Ukrainian Cathedral Union of Religious and Public Organizations in the Rivne region. In 2020, he ran for mayor of Rivne and won in the second round of elections. In the same year, he ran for the city council. In both cases, he was a candidate of the European Solidarity party. He officially took office as mayor on November 24, 2020.
