Higher education. From 1993 to 1998 he studied at the Vinnitsa State Agricultural Institute. In 2018, he graduated from the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine and received a master’s degree in public administration. From 2006 to 2014, he held the post of village chairman of the Ivanovets village council of the Barsky raoin of the Vinnitsa region; From 2014 to January 2020, he served as chairman of the Bar District Administration of the Vinnitsa Region; Since November 25, 2020 – still holds the post of chairman of the Bar City Council. In September 2004, he was hired by the Kremenets vocational school as a “physics teacher.” In 2010, he was elected to the Kremenets district council from VO Svoboda and was elected chairman of the faction, in February 2014 he was elected chairman of the Kremenets district council. 3 November 2015 to February 2020, he held the post of director of the NPC “Kremenetskaya secondary school of I-III art. Since 2001, he worked as an electrician in the Dolinsky linear production department of main gas pipelines. From 2002 to 2014, he worked as an engineer-power engineer at the Dolinsky Linear Production Administration of Main Gas Pipelines. From 2006 to 2010 he was a deputy of the Dolinsky city council of the fifth democratic convocation. He has been the mayor of Zboriv from the European Solidarity party since 2017. Until 2015, he held the position of Secretary of Zboriv City Council. In 2015, he became the mayor of Zboriv.
The main result of Oleksandr Zhuravlev’s activity is the creation of the largest ATC in Ukraine, which unites 40 settlements, and he managed to unite the residents of the city, village and settlement councils into one. Today, as a city mayor, he cares about qualitative changes in all spheres of life in the Lyman ATC, is demanding of himself and others, does not build air castles, and consistently implements real projects for the development of the Lyman region. In 2004, he founded the Prestige Farm (now managed by Zhuravlev’s wife, Viktoriia). In 2012-2015, Zhuravlev headed the district association of farmers and private land users. In 2015, Zhuravlev was elected secretary of the Lyman City Council. Also in 2015, he ran as a self-nominated candidate for the head of the Lyman UTC, but lost to Petro Tsymidan. In 2019, he was an authorized representative of Dmytro Reva, a candidate for the People’s Deputy of Ukraine in the single-mandate constituency (son of Oleksiy Reva, the head of the Bakhmut Military Administration). In 2020, Zhuravlev was elected mayor of Lyman (he ran as a candidate of the Poryadok party). In 2022, he was appointed the head of the Liman Military District. In 2021, Oleksandr Zhuravlev was a member of the board of the Liman organization of the Red Cross of Ukraine. Oleksandr Zhuravlev has been awarded valuable gifts from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, diplomas of the Verkhovna Rada, badges of honor of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and the Order of Merit III degree.
Pereshchepynskyi has been the mayor of Pereshchepynsk from the Servant of the People party since 2020. In 2015, he graduated from the Department of Military Training at the National University of the National Police and received the rank of junior lieutenant in the reserve. He worked as a risk manager (analyst) at the financial company K2000 LLC (FinStream).
Serhii Boevskyi is a civil servant from Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast. He started his career in the pharmaceutical industry. Later, he went to work in the government – for about five years he was the deputy mayor of Kramatorsk. Then he held the position of First Deputy Head of the Kramatorsk District State Administration. After the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he was appointed head of the Druzhkivka City Military Administration.
