Stepan Kokhanchuk

Radekhiv mayor from the European Solidarity party since 2020. From 1993 to 1995 he worked as an economist of the first category in the Radekhiv District Financial Department. In 2006, he was elected a deputy of the Radekhiv District Council of the V convocation. In 2010, he was again elected a deputy of the Radekhiv District Council of the VI convocation. In 2014, he became the founder and was elected chairman of the public organization “People’s Self-Defense – Radekhiv of the Future” and the charitable foundation “Future of Radekhiv District”. In 2015, he was elected to the post of mayor of Radekhiv in the local elections.

Vyacheslav Chernyavskyi

Mayor of Kilia, Izmail district, Odesa region, since 2020. In 2011-2015, he was a director of Nova Bessarabia LLC. From 2015 to 2017, he held the position of Deputy Mayor for the activities of the executive bodies of the Kiliya City Council. In 2017-2019, he was the Director of Agroholding Bessarabia LLC. From 2019 to 2020 – Deputy Mayor on the activities of the executive bodies of the Kilia City Council.

Neonila Andriychuk

Mayor of Horodok from the party “For Specific Causes” since December 2020. From 2000 to 2012, she was the head of the Labor and Social Protection Department of the Horodok District State Administration. In 2010-2015, she was a member of the Horodok District Council of the VI convocation. From 2012 to 2016 – the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, assistant consultant to the People’s Deputy of Ukraine, co-founder of the party of the regional public organization “For Specific Deeds”. In 2016-2020 she held the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council.

Vasyl Sydor

Mayor of Slavuta from the Batkivshchyna party since April 2006. He was re-elected in 2010, 2015 and 2020. In 1989-1994, he was the head of the housing and communal department of the UB KhNPP. In 1994, he was appointed head of the housing and communal enterprise of the Netishyn City Council. From 1997 to April 2003 – First Deputy Mayor of Netishyn. In April 2003, he was appointed Director of Slavuta branch of Khmelnitskgaz OJSC.

Yuriy Hamar

Sambir mayor from the Volia party since 2015. He was re-elected in 2020. Since August 1992, he has worked at the Sambir College of Economics and Informatics as a teacher of physical education. Since March 2014, he has been the chairman of the public organization “Self-Defense of Sambir District”.

Serhiy Gadzhuk

Mayor of Yampil from the party “Groysman’s Ukrainian Strategy” since November 2020. In 2007-2009, he was the head of the Pishchanka district department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region. From 2009 to 2010 – Head of the Pishchansky District Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region. In 2010-2012 – Head of the Trostianets District Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region. In 2012-2015 – Head of the Yampil District Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region. From 2015 to November 2020, he served as the Chairman of the Yampil District Council.

Oleksandr Sytailo

Mayor of Malyn since October 2020. He started his career in August 2005 as a manager of JSC CB “Privat Bank”. From December 2009 to February 2011, he was the Head of the Customer Service Department of the Malyn Branch of PJSC “Bank National Credit”. Later, from May 2011 to October 2012, he worked as a manager-consultant at VTB Bank PJSC. In 2012, he was hired by Lux. Net LLC, where he first worked as an economist and later as the head of the sales department. From February 2017 to October 2020, he was the Director of the municipal enterprise “Ecoresurs” of the Malyn City Council.

Hennadiy Borovyk

Marhanets Mayor of Nikopol district, Dnipropetrovska oblast, since November 2020. In 1998-2001, he was Chairman of the Board of the Open Joint Stock Company “Marhanets Bread Factory”. From 2002 to 2020, he was a director of the limited liability company Agro-Bread, a production and commercial company. In 2009, he was awarded the honorary title of Honored Worker of Industry of Ukraine. In 2010, he became a deputy in the city council from the Party of Regions. In 2011, he headed the city organization of Vitali Klitschko’s UDAR party. In 2020, he headed the Marhanets city organization of the Opposition Platform – For Life party.

Ruslan Pylypchuk

Mayor of Bereznovo since October 2020. In 1991-2006, he served in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. From April to December 2007, he was the Deputy Chief of Staff of Bereznovo District State Administration. From December 2007 to June 2009 he was the first deputy head of Bereznovsk District State Administration. From July 2009 to May 2010 he was Deputy Chief of Quality of the Road Service in Rivne region. From June 2010 to October 2011, he was the first deputy head of the Bereznovo District State Administration. In 2015-2020 – Mayor of Bereznovo.

Mayor of Horishni Plavni, Poltava region, since October 2015. He was re-elected in 2020. In March 2002, he was elected as a deputy of the Komsomol City Council in the electoral district No. 14, in 2006 and 2010 he was also elected as a deputy on the electoral list of the Socialist Party of Ukraine. In 2010, at the second session of the Komsomolsk City Council of the sixth convocation, he was appointed First Deputy Mayor for Executive Bodies. Mykola Borovets

Mayor of Novohrad-Volynskyi since 2020. From 2002 to 2010, he was twice elected Mayor of Novohrad-Volynskyi. Since November 2010 he worked in the city of Zhytomyr as Deputy Mayor. In June 2014, he was appointed to the position of Director of Zhytomyroblavtodor State Enterprise. Prior to his election as Mayor, he worked as Deputy Director of the construction company Monolith Industry.
